We want you to love your Loop Earplugs, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all orders placed through our American store. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or noise reduction, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your earplugs in their original packaging and attach the shipping label securely to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
